Terms of Service

Orders and acceptance. An order placed here is a request, and it is confirmed by KIKIS before anything is made. Prices, availability and delivery estimates are those shown at the time of confirmation, and may change before then. Items are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Delivery and payment. KIKIS delivers throughout Iraq through a local courier. Delivery charges depend on the delivery place and are shown before an order is confirmed; orders above the amount shown at checkout are delivered free. Delivery times are estimates given in business days, counted from the day an order is confirmed and production is finished — they are not guarantees, and a made-to-order item takes longer than one in stock. Orders are paid in cash when the package is handed over. Some orders are confirmed with an amount paid up front; that amount is agreed on WhatsApp before production begins and is deducted from the total. KIKIS does not take card payments on this site for now and never asks for card or bank details. Once a package leaves KIKIS, a tracking number is sent on WhatsApp, and the courier arranges the delivery directly using the number on the order.

If a delivery cannot be completed. If nobody is reachable at the number on the order, or the package cannot be handed over, the courier tries again and KIKIS gets in touch on WhatsApp. A package that arrives damaged, or is not what was ordered, is put right — send a photograph on WhatsApp within a reasonable time of delivery.

Changes, cancelation and returns. An order may be changed or canceled by contacting KIKIS before production begins. Once production has begun, all sales are final.

Custom work and your files. A file sent to KIKIS for printing is used only to quote and produce that order. You confirm that you have the right to have it made. KIKIS may decline any request.

Content and use of this site. All content on this site, including product photos, descriptions and pricing, is the property of KIKIS. Automated scraping, copying or reproduction of this site's content or data is prohibited. All physical items sold on this website are manufactured and distributed under valid commercial licensing agreements with their respective design creators.

Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated. The date above is when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
